Brushing my teeth

Now that Kate has 5 teeth we've started brushing her teeth. She loves it! She always opens her mouth when I get the toothbrush out and of course she wants to do it herself.

One of Kate's favorite things to do is go through my purse or Jamisen's wallet. This week she found a lot of cash. We don't normally let her play with anything but we had to get a photo op.

She also loves her bath so we had to take some bath pics.

I've been behind in posting lately. We've been pretty busy and I was out of town for work last week. I really missed Kate! Kate got a new tooth last week and so she now has 5 teeth. This tooth was a rough one--she was pretty cranky, had a runny nose, and tons of drool.

I love this store in Royal Oak called Titzy's and they have the cutest barettes. So of course I had to get Kate a new one when I was there.

Kate's been having a lot of fun playing at Gymboree. She loves to climb and the songs. She's not walking yet but she's definitely close. It's a month until her 1 st bday.

She loves to dance!

Kate is a big Beyonce fan and she loves the song Single Ladies. Although when Jamisen sings it he says "all the single babies." She just loves to dance and she was having a bad hair day....

Santa brought Kate a toy for the fridge since she always wants to be in the kitchen when we're in there. She seems to like it. The noise in the background is the bacon we were cooking sizzling.

Fun with Christmas toys

Kate is having a lot of fun with all the new toys she got from Christmas. At first she was a little scared of her pony but now she really likes it. She was riding it in this video. Kate is really babbling a lot and starting to try to say words. She says daddy but I'm not sure if she says it specifically to Jamisen. I'm working on trying to get her to say mama but she hasn't said it repeatedly yet. She also says something like kitty when she sees the cats. We think she says duck when she's in the bath with her duck toys.
Kate is going to be spending the night tonight at Grandma and Grandpa's. She's pretty excited to see Winston (their dog.) I don't think he will be as excited to see her. I'm sure she'll have a good time over there.
