I love my new bear towel

Kate loves to take a bath and she loves bears so the bear towel Eileen and Andrew bought her was a great birthday gift. Here's some pics!

After the big snow, Jamisen bundled up to clear the snow. Once he put on a hat, Kate was scared. Of course, we had to get it on video.

Kate is 1 year old!

I can't believe Kate is 1! She had a great birthday party. It was nice that so many of our family and friends were there. Kate got so many fun toys and nice clothes. She had fun at her party but didn't really dive into her cake, she was getting pretty tired. I gave her a piece later on and she enjoyed it.

Kate on vacation

We just got back from Florida and it was cold. Kate had a good time. One day it got up to 60 and the pool was really heated so we went swimming. She loved it and didn't want to get out. Unfortunately that was about the best weather we had. She also really enjoyed the seagulls.

We also got to visit Jamisen's Grandma Dorothy and his aunts. Then we headed to see his other grandparents, Jon and Betty in Sarasota. Here's some pictures of Kate having fun. The play area in the Tampa airport was great.

Kate is doing well!

I'm way behind on updating the blog lately. I've been really busy at work and Kate is pretty demanding when I get home. She doesn't like to sit in one place for long. She's using her Lion toy to walk around but hasn't struck out on her own yet.

She's obsessed with shoes and socks. She's always trying to put on her own socks and shoes. She's not very good at it but I let her pick which shoes she wants to wear and then I put them on. We practice on Mr. Bear too, he's her best friend.
