Potty watch

Kate is still struggling with potty training. Actually we're all struggling with potty training. We've tried everything---we put her in big girl underwear so she could feel yucky when she had an accident. She didn't care, just went right on playing. We tried stickers as rewards. She didn't care. We tried cookies and she'd only go when she wanted one. Now we have the potty watch. Kate loves watches and I heard about this potty watch which has a timer that you set to go off every 30, 60, or 90 minutes. We just got it and she seems to like it but who knows if it will actually work. Kate still loves to bake and I can't remember what we were baking in this picture. Kate just loves to pour the ingredients in and mix everything up. She is really attached to her backpack and always has tons of stuff packed in it. I'm not sure why she loves her backpack so much, maybe it's from watching Dora? It's hard to get it away from her, she even likes to sleep in it. Claire is doing great and growing quickly. She is starting to grab onto her toys and her favorite is the blue elephant on her bouncer. She is really proud of herself when she grabs him and tears him off the velcro. She is a really smiley, happy baby. She's been sleeping great and I hope she continues. She usually sleeps from 8:30 to 5:30.
